2. Northern Coast
The Oregon coast is 363 miles long and is one of the 7 Wonders of Oregon because of its breathtaking beauty.
Oregon’s North Coast spans three counties: Clatsop, Tillamook and Lincoln. Here the Columbia River meets the Pacific Ocean and picturesque, historic coastal towns line the coast. By car, it’s wonderful to drive down Highway 101 and explore one town after another. There are beautiful beaches and hiking trails along the coast. And in the colorful towns you can not only feel the history and present of the country, but also enjoy the wonderful cuisine. Here you can find fish and seafood and if you like you can try yourself in traditional crabbing!
